Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at ask@chakrellvort.world within the withdrawal period.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or damaged products may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Faulty Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
